Closing the Digital Divide
The Washington Post reported there will be 24,000 new jobs in Washington, D.C. But probably not many will go to D.C. residents. Most of the new jobs will require high levels of computer literacy -- skills many people lack. The organization Byte Back! provides free computer training to low income residents.
